Please follow the steps below for moving out…

CLEAN YOUR ROOM

Please ensure that your room and the communal areas of your flat are sufficiently cleaned. Please remove your rubbish, along with all food from the fridge/freezers and cupboards. If you have any unwanted belongings (clothing, tinned food, home furnishings or appliances), we will be making a donation to the British Heart Foundation. Please take them to the box in the laundry room, and we will take care of the rest!

RETURN YOUR KEYS

Please return your keys to reception. If you are moving out during a weekend, please place your keys in an envelope with your name and flat details, then post this through the security door in our laundry room. Please ensure that you return your keys even if you have rebooked the same room for next year. Failure to do so may lead to a key replacement charge.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We will inspect your room and notify the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) to process your deposit return. You will receive an email from TDS outlining your balance and any reductions (if applicable).

If you have re-booked with us for next year, your deposit will be transferred to your next tenancy with us and therefore will not be refunded to you this year. Any charges found upon inspecting your flat (if applicable) will need to be paid prior to moving in.
