Please note, deposit refunds can take up to 28 working days to appear in your account so long as correct information has been provided. If your refund is rejected for whatever reason (E.g. Incorrect details provided), by submitting this form, you give us the right for the refund to be requested back to us, and any additional charges will be passed onto the tenant.
